We always have so many people to thank here in SAFEland, because you’re all so blummin’ good! As with the last few years, billions of you (well, 120) turned up to our annual ball to celebrate SAFE in style and as usual, we’re reeeeeally grateful.

Whether you donated an auction prize, had a bid, bought a raffle ticket or just turned up, you helped to make us nearly £3,000, all of which will be used to support our project around the world.

We want to say particular thanks to Johnny Cage and the Voodoo Groove who performed an AMAZING set (because they’re AMAZING) and Gareth Bickerton and the UnLtd crew for presenting an award and making a speech.

We also want to say thank you to the Royal Hotel who were helpful and supportive.

High five, everyone! It was brill!

Wow! We’re blooming lucky, here in SAFEland! We’ve had more good will, this time from the little lovelies at Cymorth Cymru who have kindly donated to our work.

They raised money during the Promoting Independence Awards, which is an event to recognise all the hard work delivered by front line services in the Housing Related Support, Homelessness and supported living sector.

Thank you so much!

The SAFE Foundation wish to say a MAHOOSIVE thank you to Liz and Kriss and everyone at the Akabusi Trust who kindly donated to our project in Ghana!

Although crushed with the knowledge that Kriss Akabusi DIDN’T say ‘AWOOOOGA’, as we thought, we’re still happy that he IS responsible for our other office favourite saying ‘AAAWWWWIIIIIGGGHHTT!‘, which funnily enough was our exact response with the news of their support.

We’re so grateful to them and are happy to have started a relationship with the trust that will benefit children in Africa in the future.

Thank you!

The SAFE Foundation want to express our deepest sympathy for all suffering in Haiti at this time. Although  disaster relief responses of this size are best left to the large aid agencies and governments with the capapbilities, we hope that if there is an opportunity to offer help in the near future, whether direct or indirect, we can.
