			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Those of you committed SAFERS with one eye on your work and one eye on the SAFE Foundation website will already know that The SAFE Foundation sit on a board called Vale for Africa, who are a collective group of organisations and individuals working together towards the aims and objectives of SAFE partners, TOCIDA.</p>
<p>The SAFE Foundation work towards the betterment of education for groups of Ugandan children with learning difficulties, but through Vale for Africa, also work toward community exchanges between here and Tororo district, Uganda in other ways too.</p>
<p>Those of you in the Vale of Glamorgan and surrounding areas who feel they have some resources, time, finances and energy to invest in the areas outlined on our Uganda page, please get in touch with our Uganda representatives, louise@thesafefoundation.co.uk or rae@thesafefoundation.co.uk</p>
