Conscious Coffee Barista School

Since 2022 we have been running our Conscious Coffee Barista School, working with young people, delivering practical skills in making speciality coffee. This programme increases young people’s confidence and improves access to work through a new skill and work experience opportunities. Throughout our Barista school we embed our global citizenship topics of ethical consumerism and environmental sustainability. People learn about the lives of coffee growers, what organic and fair trade are and why they are important.
